Your order should arrive 3-5 working days from the date of purchase. We do not currently deliver outside of the UK, but please send us an email if you are out-with the UK and would like to express an interest.

For all Edinburgh postcodes (beginning EH) and postcodes FK1 - FK16, we are now offering free delivery. This will be automatically be applied to your order at checkout. 

All orders of £55 and over also qualify for free delivery. This is applied automatically at checkout. 

NOTE: please allow 5 working days from the latest expected date of delivery for your order to arrive before contacting customer service. If you still need to get in touch then please message We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.


All prices are shown in GBP. The price listed on the website is inclusive of UK VAT.


All vouchers and offers, unless otherwise stated, are intended for single use only. One valid credit/debit card per account. Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Please note that it is at the discretion of Muckle Brig Limited and all associated persons to accept vouchers and offers.


You are entitled to a 14-day “cooling off” period. Therefore, you may request a refund at any point within 14 days of receiving your order and have a further 14 days to send your order back to us. If you change your mind or have received a defective product then please get in touch with us at and we will process a full refund.
